Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or distribute through the platform. FamilyCare Connect does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted information and is not liable for decisions made based on content shared within the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamilyCare Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, personal injury, caregiving decisions, service interruptions, or reliance on shared information.
