How much does FamilyCare Connect cost?+

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. New accounts can start with a free 7-day trial. You can sign up from the website or app and manage billing later in Settings.

Is FamilyCare Connect a medical service or emergency tool?+

No. FamilyCare Connect is a coordination app for families—it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.

How is my care information kept secure?+

Care spaces are invite-only. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored using Supabase with access controls and role-based security policies. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and GDPR rights.

How do push notifications work on mobile?+

On iOS and Android, the app can send notifications for messages, schedule changes, and medication reminders when you are signed in and notifications are enabled. Web browsers do not register for the same push flow—use the mobile apps for alerts when you are away.

Who is FamilyCare Connect best for?+

Adults aged roughly 25–60 who coordinate care for parents, partners, or other loved ones while balancing work and family life—especially when updates are scattered across calls, texts, and separate calendars.

Can multiple family members collaborate in one care space?+

Yes. Invite siblings, relatives, partners, or trusted helpers into the same private care space so everyone sees the same schedule, messages, and daily log.

How quickly can we get started?+

Most families set up a care space and invite members in minutes. Create an account, start the free trial, and follow the in-app onboarding flow.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?+

Open the app, go to Settings, and use the billing portal to change or cancel your plan. For help, contact support@familycareconnect.ie or submit a ticket on the Contact page.
